Deep Tissue | Fascial Cupping
Firm manipulation of muscle fibers breaks up adhesions or knots; steady pressure is applied releasing trigger points + stretching encourages mobility in the joints. Cupping uses suction to pull stuck layers of fascial tissue resulting in a rush of blood flow; subtly unwinding the body.
Hot Stone
Black basalt is a stone of strength, stability + vitality. Hot stones used to massage the body quickly increase circulation, prepare muscles for deeper work + help release toxins through the skin. Placement of stones on the body offers a grounding effect to foster a deeper meditative state.
